be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not,
however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for
part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive

or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this
information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we
cannot provide your booking. In making a booking, you consent to
this information being passed on to the relevant persons).

booking a holiday, or requesting a brochure, we may ask for
your name, your postal address, your telephone and fax number and
e-mail address. If you are making a booking we may also require a 24
hours contact name and number in the UK for the period you are
abroad. This is in case of emergency or for any unforeseen
circumstances.
